No Tree House Villa availability late April 2021

Does anyone know why there is no Tree House availability from April 18- April 30 2020. These are the only rooms at SSR with no availability. This seems a little odd. Rooms available April 1- April 17 and all of May. Just seems a little odd.

Those rooms never opened even at the 11-month window for that period and the why has not been explained, but possibly could indicate a planned refurb for the rooms during that period .
