I was checking out the menus on Deb's site and I don't see Taco Salad listed at POP. I LOVED this at the ASMo. I'm so dissapointed now. The food selection doesn't seem to be nearly as good as the All Stars. Do they have other things NOT listed on Deb's site, or are her menus pretty up to date?

I am sorry I don't know the answer, but the picture of your son is adorable!

POP's food sucks. Oh sorry  did I say that out loud?

The only good thing we had was breakfast, chicken noodle soup and the lunar cheesecake. The tye dyed cheesecake was icky. It was like 3 inches of yellow cake (dyed red) on the bottom, and it didn't taste like cheesecake either.

We ate at the AKL on the same trip and that's just counter service too, but it was wayyyyyy better. Different soda's, different fries among other things.

You all are making me very uneasy. I will be at Pop and will be eating there. I hope it isn't that bad?

I don't know the answer to your question about taco salad. I don't remember seeing it there, but I wasn't really looking. I do however didn't think the food was that bad. There were some things that were really good and some that we probably wouldn't try again. I guess you could run into that most any place you eat. I do have to agree that the tye dye cheesecake was awful. I wouldn't worry too much.

What about the chicken quesadilla? If they don't have it at POP my husband will make me change resorts. lol It really is his absolute favorite thing to eat in WDW.

My favorite taco salad in the WDW is at the Magic Kingdom at El pirata el pico. (or what ever it is called.) It is the little counterservice across from Pirates.

Also, since your family likes the tortilla line of foods, May I suggest going over to Wilderness Lodge and eat at the Wispering Canyon. Order the nachos. They are the best nachos that I have ever had.

You can go to the Territory Lounge and get them if it is crowded.

I know how you feel, as I eat something made with tortillas and spice almost everyday.

I was going to respond to this last week, and sorry for the late reply but I knew I had remembered seeing a pic of the menu in Pop and Taco Salad WAS on it. The pic is at this website....
www.ourlaughingplace.com click on restaurants and it will give you a long list, then click on everything pop shopping and dining there is a pic and it lists Nachos Supreme on the menu.
Hope this helps you!
Kim

I remember seeing a taco salad when we were there in June but I don't remember any chicken quesadillas. IMHO, the breakfast was OK, not great. The pizza, burgers and chicken fingers were also good, not great.

The food is OK. I just expected it to be better, not just edible.

I didn't have the fried chicken. I don't like using plastic sliverware and paper plates either when I eat out. Call me funny. We kept trying to find things that were good that we would get again. Didn't happen. I love Boma, Turkey Legs, RFC, House of Blues, and lots of other places. I am not that picky, just expect good food. There aren't many foods I don't like. Maybe I just made bad choices? We hated Planet Hollywood. Overpriced and just ok.

Again, Lunar Cheesecake = good, yummy...Tye Died Cheesecake = bad, no good. Worms in Dirt = bad, no good. How do you mess up pudding and cookies? My son wouldn't eat it and we tried it. It was BAD! Threw it away, along with the Tye Died Cheesecake.

Pop has a larger breakfast variety. The food is good, but, definately not as good as over at all stars.
