I've been testing Mexican beer for some time now. The results have been inconclusive. I think maybe the conditions have been less-than-scientific and that is skewing the data.

Art - make sure she is a competent shredder. Those machines can be pretty tricky, and you never know when some late-night document destruction will be required.
