No standard room at PBH for 12/27?

I just called to book our first stay onsite at Universal. I was told there were no standard rooms available on 12/27, only a kids suite for 550.00 per night at PBH. Then she checked availablity at RPH and found a standard room for 250.00 per night. We have the entertainment book and a fan club card but she nothing was available with or without a discount? Do you think I got a bad CRO person or could this be true? I am loosing hope on PBH or RPH for us!

I think the discounts are blacked-out for Christmas week.
