No SSR litho yet...

Anyone else not get their SSR litho yet? We purchased at the beginning of October and received everything else right away, but not the litho .
Is there an email address, or who should we contact? Thanks!

We joined on-site at WDW on 12/12 and received the litho at closing.

I purchased at teh end of October and received my litho and backpack sometime in November. I would call your guide.
