No rooms Oct 22-26?

We were planning a last minute trip in October and had to wait for exact dates until we knew some medical stuff. Now the sites are all saying no rooms available?! Does this mean the place is going to be jam packed? I'm traveling with our autistic daughter and DH who is going through some medical issues.

We have went before this time of year and it's been rather pleasant....

Have you tried calling? I ran into that a year or so ago when I was trying to book for the week following Thanksgiving (which is a slow time for Disney) and the online site wasn't showing anything that we were interested in. When I called, I was given a list of available rooms closer to what we were looking for.

Ive been trying to get a few nights on site for after our 15 night SSR stay and couldnt find anything either!
I then lucked out with the last LMR at AOA for 2 nights but i really wanted 3 I hope you can find something..

There is a large convention there for that week that wasn't there last year.

There is a big convention going on then. Also Food & Wine fest. The convention is holding rooms at a bunch of hotels. There was a thread on here about it a few days ago, I'll see if I can find it.

Thanks . We booked a villa at Animal Kingdom. A little on the spendy side but it does look nice . When do the rooms generally become available if the convention doesn't need them?
