No Room Request selections showing in online check in?

Am under our 60 day and tried to put room selections in while doing online check in. Under Room Location Requests it shows Room Request 1 and 2. Clicking on them does not show any options.

Anyone else having this issue? Tried multiple browsers and PC's with same results.
Is calling for requests better/worse as to odds of getting? Might try calling but seems its always an hour wait on hold.

As has been discussed on multiple threads, it has been broken over a year
You can call the main reservation line to add requests
 
It worked last fall when we booked our rooms for April, but was broke when we tried to select rooms for this fall.
Call or faxing your request is your only option.

It worked last fall when we booked our rooms for April, but was broke when we tried to select rooms for this fall.
Call or faxing your request is your only option.
I think that was the one week it worked in the past 2 years.
It didn't work for about a year, then briefly worked, but still had major problems so went away quickly and hasn't been back. I suspect someone accidentally flipped the switch so it came back on.
 
This feature must have been putting more work on someone, or just making it more difficult to assign rooms, maybe? I don't know. I just wonder what Disney's reasoning is on this one.

Reasoning for taking it away?
They had it screwed up. For whatever reason they couldn't get the right options limited to the right resorts.
Like having "Paddock area" as an option at Pop Century
or "90's building" an option at Boardwalk Inn
Or 3rd Floor in buildings with only 2 levels.
So yeah, I guess you could say that made it way more difficult to assign rooms.
 
It was a great feature but everything seemed to get screwed up after they expanded the options.
For my August 2017 trip and February 2018 trip it did allow me to select room requests but it didn't save them.
For my August 2018 trip and my upcoming December 2018 trip there was nothing to select.
I called in my room requests for my last trip and my upcoming trip.
