No response from Town Car Service...

I filled out the online form for a Town Car Service and was told I would get a reply within 48 hours but I didn't. I emailed them and said if I didn't get a reply before 12 noon est today I would assume they couldn't fit us into their schedule and would book with someone else.

I still haven't gotten a reply! I will book with someone else but would like to be sure they aren't going to be waiting for us too at MCO in September!

What would you do?

I would book with someone else. If you still haven't heard from the first company a few days before you are due to arrive I would call them just to be sure they understand that you did cancel them and why. Mind if I ask what company it was that didn't get back to you?

I heard from them a minute ago. Seems my original form wasn't received (always a risk with the cyber world! Snail Mail too for that matter.)

I am going to resubmit.

I've had this happen several times with various companies on the Internet. I've requested quotes, asked for information, etc. and every once in a while do not get answers back. Companies really try and leverage the internet for their business but if they don't have the support staff to respond to internet requests, it can hurt them more than it helps.
