i called the Disney Wedding phone number last week and they weren't there so i left a message. and by this monday they hadn't called back, so i called again and talked to a woman on the phone. she took all of my information down and said that someone from Franck's would call us soon to set up a site visit because we will be going down there in 3 weeks. well....i still haven't gotten a phone call for a site visit yet. and i have to make reservations and plans for my trip....so i'm waiting on them to call me back.

will they call me back soon? it's been quite a while now. and i told the woman on the phone taking the info, when we were taking our trip.

is this normal? should i try and call again? or is there a direct number to Franck's that i can call??

thanks for any help!

With the holiday and all, they are probably a bit short-staffed and busy...I would call back on Monday just to check.

I second that. My SM and EM were both out all this week so that could definitely be the problem. Good luck!

I agree, call back on monday, it took me a while to get through the first time too!

thanks guys! that's probably what i'll do. i just hope they can fit us in somewhere in the next few weeks.

Yes with the holidays it is probably nuts there but when we first contacted dftw at the 14-15 month mark it took them over a week maybe 2 weeks to get back to us!

well we're under 2 weeks now from our trip and they still havn't called us back.

watch them call while we're down there! :rolleyes1

Lil Irish Chick,
Did you leave them a cell number in case they DO call while you're there?
Good luck!

hmm I would call back them and explain the receptionist that you are going to be in wdw!

I would just keep calling- it may make you feel better at least. If worse comes to worse, I know they will give you a tour and such if you just walk in during the week (if someone is there). I have friends who walked in and said they were interested in a Disney wedding and they made arrrangements the next day to talk with a sales manager.
I hope eveything works out! Keep us updated. Have fun on your trip.

they ended up calling me back, finally! yay! we have a site visit booked for December 14th from 9am-10:30am to talk with them. thanks for all the kind words!

yeah have a good time and my advice to you is try to take your time and take it all in. When you walk into the space you will know most likely but for us it was a 3 way tie  so I will say take lots of pics.....we even took video. that helped us decide the day after when everything had sunk in.oh and have fun!!!!

I had Bill! He is a very nice guy. :thumbsup2 He can be hard to get in contact with so be persistent. My advice is if you have any questions about pricing, rules, etc., ask him then (it may help in the long-run).
Have Fun! :wave2:

oh good! we'll probably start making a "list" of things to ask this weekend.

Happy list making! :rotfl:
My DF thought it was unecessary to make a list! He insisted he would remember all the questions he had to ask.
Silly DF! :rotfl:
When we got to the studio, it was so overwhelming he for got everything and had to refer to the list! :lmao:

that's what i do all the time. like when i go to the doctor's, i always try and rememeber everything i want to ask and not have to write it down, i get there, and forget everything lol. so we will definatly be making a list!
