No reply from virgin

Following our earlier post regarding the frequent virgin membership after 2 phone calls to the indian call center we have now sent an e-mail to virgin and are now awaiting their reply (not holding our breath) has anyone else that has spoken to virgin got any sort of explanation ?

Have you tried calling their dedicated FVC phone number? From the FAQ on the FVC website -

I should already be a member?

For problems of issues with your membership please call 0844 5573895 and adviser can check thos for you.

As I am sure the general number to the VH call centre wil not really be of much help as they do not deal with the FVC as such, as it is a different department.

I spoke to them on Friday (and if it was India then she must have gone to finishing school - a very good received english accent). I was told that Virgin was assessing all membership and would contact those that qualified in approx 3 to 4 weeks.
