No rebooking on board credits! I must have missed this thread somehow!

We just got off the Fantasy and only got one room due to them not having the onboard incentive. Sad....still got the discount but really going to miss that.
What is everyone elses thoughts?

I think that if you're willing to go on another cruise, book the rooms you'll need.

The discount is still available, but you will no longer get OBC

Obviously we are not happy about it. We can either suck it up and and book without it or cruise another company. I’m guessing they don’t really care if we’re upset about it because they had to know how we would take it.

What is everyone elses thoughts?

Basically, everyone's thoughts are that this stinks. There are a lot of variations in how different posters word this, but that's the overwhelming consensus.

Right now, their focus isn't on repeat cruisers. Three new ships are coming, and they need to bring in as many new cruisers as they can. The itineraries are also going to be low-risk, and the ports easy to fly into.

Just need to wait it out. And give other cruise lines a try.
