No pool access at Worldquest

I'm looking at some rentals on vrbo for Worldquest. Any idea why these owner rented condos wouldn't have pool access? I plan to go in February when I assume it'd be a bit chilly to swim anyway, but why wouldn't owners have access to the pool? Does anyone know if you can get the free breakfast if you rent through an owner?

I would suspect that the owner has not being paying their HOA dues (and quite possibly the mortgage) on the unit. I'd would steer clear of those listings.

I looked at this as well. The price is so enticing. But in the end I decided even though it will likely be too cold to swim while we are there, I do not want to take the chance we have a scorcher and the kids want to go in the pool and I have to tell them they cannot. Also like the idea of eating the complimentary breakfast poolside.

As for why they do not have access, as PP mentioned, it could be that they are not current on payments, or it might be that they just do not pay whatever annual dues they require for facility access.
