Just did video chat with my 35 Down Syndrome daughter. Non verbal. Have had DAS pass countless times in past but she did not receive it this time. Wasn’t really clear that she didn’t get it but they didn’t take pic and kind of talked fast and sent links.
Said we could ask cast member at ride for help and maybe they would issue a return time?
