usually sunday is my day off but i'm feeling fluffy and getting sassy about it ;)

I got up this morning and did a 4 mile Weight Loss Walk with leslie - oh goodness it's a dated one the decor is sooooooo 80s:rolleyes: but it's a decent walk workout and I'm glad I did it. this is the first sunday in quite a while that I haven't dipped into flex pts due to my lack of APs for the day!

anyone else????

I did 14,800 steps on pedometer
took walk by myself around noontime, then a friend joined me for a different walk - both times outside the neighborhood!

Good for you- I exercised today too! I took days off twice this week for the first time since beginning exercising on Feb. 8th. I was really burned out from doing something every day- I felt like I did when I had mono in college! Anyway, the two days off scattered in the week did the trick, and I feel a lot better. I did a little over three miles burning 330 calories (jogging for a least a mile at a time, and using the incline when walking). I think I will go back to my daily dose, but I have a new appreciation of what's best for my body, and as a 41 year old I have to have easy days of just walking for 30 minutes mixed with the higher intensity stuff. I don't want get hurt and throw it all off!

I just finished 30 minutes of workout. I've been a slacker for the last week, so I'm hopping back on the wagon tonight.
 

I exercised today! I did FIRM ab sculpt this afternoon.

Good job everyone - let's keep up all the hard work.
 
I did my 2 mile WATP video after 2 days of doing nothing. Well, I went shopping for over 5 hours yesterday, that must count for something, right? ;)
 
Congratulations Sunday exercisers!!!! I didn't exercise today, took the day off, but will be right back at it on Monday. Keep up the great work all!
 
DH and I took a bike ride - 16.0 miles with an average speed of 11.5 mph. :smooth:
 
I did! 2 mile WATP and 10 min. WATP tone up. After almost 2 wks of no exercise :eek: I figured I'd better get off my rear. Life has to get better.
 
It was a beautiful day, so I walked outside, 40 minutes, I did 2 miles..
 
YEA!!! i did a 3 mile run!! felt better than saturday. i will eventually kick this sinus infection!!

i am actually liking sunday workouts!!
 
I did! I went 20 mins on the new elliptical machine, hoping to work back up to 45 min.
 
I bowled 4 games with DH & another couple, also did my strength exercises & a little extra stretching before bowling. I also helped DH throw out a bunch of heavy trash from our basement. That in itself was a workout!
 
A brisk 4-mile walk outside, maintaining the 16-minute mile. At 2 1/2 miles, it started raining ... I was OK with that. At the 3 mile mark, it was HAILING !!! I had a 5 second thought about going home at that point, but then I decided that I set out to do 4 miles, my training program said I had to do 4 miles, so I was going to finish it ... and I did !!! :)
