Have posted a question on one of the other boards about dining plan. Someone has stated you cannot get the dining plan for more than 10 nights so I asked about UK visitors who are visiting for 14 nights. Someone else has said European visitors may have different rules. Anyone any experience of this. I have booked for 14 nights dining plan and the TA didn't say we can't. Hope its ok, they must be tired of me keep going and asking them questions!

weve booked througth the us so we are restriced to 1o nights so we split into 2 lots of 7.But with uk tas you can do it for the full 14 night.Who have you booked with as virgin dont offer it

Yes we did the ddp for 14 nights last sep thru first choice. I think its same as the park tickets, in the us you tend to get up to 10 days whereas here we get 7, 14 or 21 days. Its prob to do with how long we vacation for, overseas visitors for 1,2 or 3 weeks, domestic visitors for less.

I've just booked the DDP with Disney UK for 14 nights.

Thanks for the replies, thank goodness its ok!
Paulh, I booked with Thomas Cook Signature but we are flying with Virgin.

It has to be booked for everyone in your party for the full number of nights you are staying together with tickets to the parks. I have paid £21 per adult for 2007.

Really interested in this thread - we have booked with Virgin for next year - can anyone tell me if you can purchase the dining package locally when you get there - I don't understand why Virgin don't offer it, as it seemsa such a cool idea.

Thanks

No I don't think you can purchase it locally, it has to be done at the time of booking you holiday in which you have to purchase park tickets as well. I know Virgin don't offer it but I'm sure when I was messing about on their web site pricing up the next holiday :teeth: I saw it offered somewhere but can't remember where!!!!

At this time, you can't purchase it locally (but who knows if this will change in future!)

We had also booked with Virgin but really wanted the dining plan. We moved our Feb Virgin holiday to November and booked with First Choice for February. We booked the full 14 nights at 20 -pounds per day.
