As reported elsewhere on this site, the Orlando Sentinel had the welcome announcement that the governor of Fla has finally rescinded the mandatory quarantine restrictions placed on the NY-NJ-CT tri state area since March.

This won't get fixed until the National Transportation System, with "mini-bans" across State lines, gets repaired.
