I was looking it looks like they have not set any SWDAS for 2023, is the Pixar day at sea replacing Star Wars? This would be a huge bummer for me as I wanted to do this next year. thanks for any input.

I have not heard of them phasing out SWDAS. Maybe they are just switching it to a different season?

In the past the specific cruises that were designated as Star Wars weren't announced until sometime after the the cruises were initially released.

This is true, but note that the normal “slot” for SWDAS (late winter) is now being taken up by the PDAS in 2023.

I'm holding out hope that they move it to the Wonder or Magic, but someone raised the point that right now they'd rather have the SW fans go to the new Galactic Money Grab Hotel™ than go on a SWDAS cruise... I don't know how many people were deciding that they'd rather have 2 days at the hotel vs 7 nights on the Fantasy, but it's possible.

Not that Starcruiser isn’t stupidly expensive, but even with its “cruise” theming, I don’t think the two experiences are really comparable? People going on Starcruiser are probably looking for totally different things than people going on the Fantasy with light SW theming for one sea day.

Totally agree!

It’s going to the same place Star Wars Weekends went when Galaxy’s Edge was announced.
