No More Soundsational Parade?

I just checked the entertainment schedule for Labor Day weekend and the week after. It is showing Mickey's Soundsational Parade on Saturday, Aug 30, but not on any day after that...? I know it is still a ways off, but do they sometimes not put parades on the schedule until closer to the week? It has always been on the schedule 6 weeks out for my prior trips. I will be so sad if they don't have that parade while we are there. It is one of my kids favorite thing at Disneyland. We like the Pixar parade, but Mickey's is our favorite . Any chance they are planning a new one???

I think they continue to add things to the calendar until much closer to the dates.... And Labor Day and the week after at about 6 weeks away, so they may just not be that far into the calendar yet.

They usually finalize the entertainment schedule about 4 weeks out.

Isn't it a little odd, though, that a parade that has been a regular on the schedule for a very long time, is not showing up at all? The other usual entertainment is on the calendar that far out.

Not that odd at all. They simply do not schedule the entertainment that far out.

No. Many posts in the DLR forum bear out that DLR doesn't put everything on the entertainment calendar until about 30 days out. This has been standing practice for a long time. There's nothing to worry about.
