No more MyPoints for JC Penney shopping???

I looked in the Spend Points section under Apparel and on the Quicklist and did not see JCP in either. Does anyone else see it anywhere? I was going to order a few things from their outlet but was hoping to get a few Points for it.

I checked under "list by merchant" and didn't see JCP under there anymore either.

It looks like you can still redeem points for a gift card, but I didn't see them anywhere under Earn Points.

I just checked eBates, and JCP is still there for 3% back.

MyPoints is the only RP I do. Oh, well . The order was only going to be for $14 before shipping anyway (big shirt 6.99 and tank top 6.99 in the outlet), so no big loss. Thanks!

I just looked under shop for department and megastores and found JCP in that category. I don't know why it's not in any of the other categories.

JCPenny is also under the Home section under earn points.
