No more Kona Breakfast in February?

We'll be there for the princess half marathon in February and tried to get an ADR for breakfast one morning, but it wouldn't let me. Seems like they are not offering any times for breakfast starting in 2017?!? Any idea what is going on?

The breakfast is bookable for February. I just booked it Its not available online, for some reason you must call Disney Dining to book February Breakfast.
