No more Intrawest?

I probably missed this. We went to the Members lounge today and was told by a cast member that Intrawest changed hands and is no longer available to trade with DVC. We have gone to Sandestin, Palm Desert, and Whistler. We loved these resorts and never had a problem booking them. We also bought a resale with the knowledge that this was one of the trades that was still being kept for resale buyers. I can find no information about this on the DVC members website. If anyone has any info about this please post. We also went to the annual members meeting and there was no mention of Intrawest no longer being available to trade.

I know that II has been gone for awhile. We stayed at Whistler 2 yrs. ago. just wondered when this change was told to DVC members.

This subject came up earlier this year when someone else discovered Intrawest was no longer listed as a destination. It was then confirmed it was gone but no one could recall having ever received any notice that it had been discontinued or knew when it actually disappeared.

I remember that too - someone mentioning it was gone, but I do not recall every seeing any notice from DVC nor hearing anything about it until that time where it was just gone.
