No more free shipping code on TDS catalog?

I was just looking for the free shipping code that is usually on the catalogs you pick up at the Disney Store. I found that the last several do not have the free shipping offer in them (except a couple that had free with a $75 order). Have they stopped this offer?
I sure hope not! Saving that extra $5 - $10 on each order was nice.
Does anyone have a current free shipping code with no minimum purchase?

I was told by 2 DS managers that yes, they stopped the free shipping from TDS catalogs. That really upset me.
