That's it. A while back I joined WISH...I weighed 156. I lost 27 pounds between portion control, Curves and WATP. I felt good and looked good at 129.
Then I came up with 100 reason why I needed to eat something or not exercise or skip Curves or whatever....from "I'm too tired" all the way to "I think I may be pregnant and I don't want the baby to starve."
(which, btw, I turned out not being, but I milked that for a good three months!) 
It's depressing b/c I have the DVC member cruise in less than 10 weeks and I gave away all of my larger clothes b/c they were too big. Now my smaller clothes will NOT do for a cruise. Anyone want to rent me some clothes? (wink)
I rejoined Curves a few months ago, but I'm not sure that's doing anything for me. I'm not getting there regularly, that's true, but I'm also not breaking a sweat while I'm there even though I'm pushing hard. I've done the 2 mile WATP express DVD the last two days and I feel like I'm getting a MUCH better workout that way PLUS I can't come up with excuses NOT to do it ("I can't go to Curves b/c there's no one to watch the kids.")
So, I'm recommitting to WATP and portion control and only eating if I'm actually HUNGRY!

I am just not being as "faithful" as I need to be - lots of stressing factors going on (just life - but disaster to a stress eater). I "knew" that I was 7 lbs up from my "settled-in" weight (not goal) and I have been saying I am going to lose that and then downward to goal.......................yesterday, it was no longer me just saying to myself (yada - yada - lose it, etc.) I had a dr's appt and usually I just love having lady drs. - well didn't she have to go and say it
"you have gained 7 lbs"
Gotta do it - for me - and so hopefully you will see me back here at WISH to not only get the encouragement that I need but to encourage YOU too!!!
