Returned to FW early this month from my cold, snowy Ohio winter. Anxious to have my 5th wheel cleaned and detailed. To my surprise, FW management had kicked out ALL detailers. This is a big disappointment for me. Amazing Detail had always done such a great job!

Hopefully this is true, I found this to be annoying. I usually plan a stop along the way to have my RV cleaned up, looks others will have to plan better.

Now bring on the flames. :laundy:

Judging by the many complaints of neighbors having their Fort time intruded upon by the RV washers, I doubt there will be much flaming.

I have to listen to a gas powered pressure washer at a neighboring business where I work. Well, they have to listen to my air powered shop tools, it is, after all, a business district.

The thoughts of having to hear that during my vacation...thankfully it never happened to me.

beagles, ya won't get no flam'n from me,,

Took 3 years of hav'n to hear their noise and CRUISING ALL THE LOOPS day in and day out !! Disney discourages the guests from CRUISING loops in their autos but those detailers did nutt'n but cruise the loops all day look'n for business.
I'll believe they are gone when I see it with my own eyes,,BUT if they are , them good riddance !

They were still there in late JAN early Feb. Ruined a perfectly good day out under my awing by washing a rig two sites down from us.

Yeah, we were there until February 19th and they were still cruisin' around then, especially Amazing Detailing. Sure hope this is true and that they are gone.

well............. I understand how the FT can be with kids, and this and that, but a pressure washer running all day..............come on, its a camp ground not an industrial area, airport, loading docks, bla bla bla;)

I agree with you all on here that it will be nice not having to hear the noise of the pressure washers and trying to manuver around those guys while they are "looping" around. But I was looking to have our camper washed & waxed so that me and the DH don't have to do it ourselves!!! :rolleyes1

We always stop in Wildwood right off 75, one exit north of the turnpike and have our MH washed. There was a topic on here not too long ago where people gave all the places to stop along the way, I will try and find it a little later. Maybe you could just stop along the way.

It's no big deal, as we wash and wax our toyhauler all the time. Just being lazy!! :) Actually my DH had a local business here in Port St Lucie, that was a mobile RV detailing using D-ionized water. We used to be full-timers in our Class A and have had many RV's in our camping life! Did awesome business here especially during the "snow bird" season. So, we have all the right equipment to do it ourselves in our driveway!!
