My family and I might go to Disneyland this summer. I went online to look at package prices and I noticed under "Add area attractions," that Universal Studios is no longer listed. And no transportation to Knott's Berry Farm? What's up with that? How do I go about booking Universal Studios in my package?

Are you sure that was there? Were you booking through costcotravel.com before? I've never seen that.

Even if it was there, would you save any money doing it that way?

I'm positive it was there, and it was through Disneyland.com. I'm not sure if it would save money.

If you want to book universal tickets may I suggest booking directly through universal's website as they offer early entry if you buy your tickets directly from them which you may need if your interested in the Harry Potter attraction as it gets real busy there.

Due to Gray Line Anaheim/Coach USA deciding to stop offering tours, those options were removed.

You can book directly using the Anaheim Tour Company or Starline Tours. Or look into using Uber/Lyft if you don't need car/booster seats.

As for Knott's Berry Farm and the Dinner Theaters, the LA Metro Route 460 Bus is a great option. Runs every 30 minutes day and night, takes about 20 minutes in travel time (Bus has limited stops), cheap and easy, leaves from the Disneyland Transportation Hub area.

For Knotts Berry Farm you can also take Art as it also goes out that direction as well. And I'm not surprised Greyline dropped off for transportation as it was not a good service in my experience. We used it in Oct. They were supposed to pick us up our hotel at 8am and were late by 30 mins. Got us to USH by 11am... Their process was to pick us up from our hotel, drop us off at their trans center, check our tickets wait for another bus then head to the park. Not a good process imo. So, beware as I'm not sure what other companies processes are. You may want to ask before reserving.

Just say no to ART, Route 18 services Knott's, runs only once per hour, and no service from Noon to 4 PM, takes longer to get between Disneyland and Knott's.

The LA Metro is only $1.75 each way, and kids 5 and under are free. So cheaper than ART to boot.
