No more Boatrights Breakfast

Over on the Restaurants board, it's being reported that Boatrights won't be serving breakfast after 2/21/09. Good bye sweet potato pancakes.

Spoke to MS this morning. The rumor is now a fact. No more breakfast at Boatwrights. Sorry to see this go. It truly was one of Disney's hidden gems for breakfast.

As a fan of Boatwrights for breakfast, I'm sad to see it go too. However, I've never seen more than 5-10 other families eating at the same time as myself and the restaurant usually seats us all in the front two sections as to make the place appear more crowded than it actually is. This is one cut back that I'm surprised it took this long to happen.

It's always been pretty full when we eat breakfast there..which is every trip. In fact, on several occasions we've had to wait for a table.
So with the downfall of Bonfamilles a few years back and now this, no place for POR guests to get a REAL breakfast.

You poor person to live that long without having chicken fried steak with country gravy! Please don't tell me you waiting that long to have biscuits with sausage gravy for breakfast! You really should get out a little more!

For those of us who have Tables in Wonderland/DDE memberships, PO/R just took away the discount on food court purchases. Someone please tell me...will we NOW get our discount on breakfasts at the food court back? Sheesh, if they're taking away the full-serve restaurant option, it's basically just like the values (at least at breakfast).
