No more All Hands on Deck :(

I just got off of the Fantasy, I asked for the soft pretzels on day 1 & was told they were in O'Gills.- which we only got into when we had our Chewbaca meet & greet, so the bar was empty. I did check daily & they never showed up. I was disappointed as I was not aware that they had been removed. Seems like a weird thing to remove as soft pretzels are not expensive in general, maybe the Mickey ones are?

We did order the All a Hands on Deck a couple times, it was the exact same plate as our 10/2014 cruise.

They are in O'Gills. For a fee.

I've never looked for the pretzels but I had the same understanding as several others posted they weren't always easy to find and from prior posts they were only available on the last day and once they were gone, that was it. That info was pretty consistent and I always thought I might try and get one and just never did.

As far as the food for the theaters there might be a confusion perhaps. It's been my experiences since I started with DCL in 2012 no "real food" has ever been allowed in the Walt Disney Theater during the shows however food can be brought into the Buena Vista Theater for the movies. I've only been on one sailing where the cm's were strictly enforcing this (in the WD theater) and when questioned they explained it was due to the "smells" impacting the enjoyment of other guests. The people that were asked to take out their food had plates of burgers, fries, pizza, etc, not popcorn and the candy snacks. I've never seen or heard people asked to leave with food in the Buena Vista theater. This has been my experience and understanding of the "rule". I'm sure plenty have brought real food into the WD theater for the shows however I honestly haven't seen it around me.

When they had movies showing in the WD I also felt it was more relaxed and don't remember people being stopped from real food in there but I'm not 100%. We prefer to watch movies in the Buena Vista so that's usually where we go. I think it's like a lot of other things, some ships, some c/m's, and even some sailings are more enforced than others but that doesn't necessarily mean it wasn't happening already or that they aren't being more strict now perhaps.

Just sharing :)
