We are at the entrance of DCA and as of this morning they say no separate line for 4-5 day tickets. It was awful yesterday. Our line was the longest. Even with getting there 30 min early and them opening 2 extra turnstiles for us we didn't get in until 20 min into extra magic hours. They say they will just ask for ID on all the lines.

Sorry to start a new thread but I couldn't find the old one.

Thanks for the update! Sounds like the special lines were nice for later in the day, but not for EE.

:cool1: Thank you!! So glad to hear this and thank you for letting us all know.

That's good news.

We went to Disneyland, and at 5:30 pm they were making people go to the 4/5-day hopper line, so I wonder if it will be different for the entire day.

Keep these reports coming in. I'd love to hear if this morning was a fluke or the new normal. :)

I was thinkin that they could just do random ID checks. Could post signs stating everyone must have ID. If they stick to it and turn adults away without ID randomly then hopefull the problem would eventually disipate.

If they need to confirm the use of 4+ day hoppers they should have just posted signs saying they may check your ID and to be ready for that and then let you go in any line. It really isn't that hard.....lol

Hooray!!! I was worried that we'd miss some of our Magic Morning in two weeks. Relief.

The post stated the lines ate 20 minutes into the EMH. That is no bueno.

My understanding was that was on their previous morning when the 4-5 day turnstiles were still open, and now as of today they are not in the AM... is this correct?

That was my impression, too.

I'm relieved because the poster said this morning the 4/5 pass lines were gone, meaning that people shouldn't be missing time from early entries the way they were before today.

I hope someone else can confirm that the 4/5 pass lines are history.

Yes. That is correct. Much smoother and faster today without the "lepper line" as we were calling it yesterday. We were in the park in under 5min today. Fingers crossed it is gone for good. The CMs I spoke too all said they hated working the 4/5 day line because the people got so upset. So hopefully it is really gone for good!

Ok...I misunderstood. That's good news for the onsite guests.

Thank goodness.. we just got back and it was SUCH a mess..really shortened our early entry days also. I posted in the old thread, but so glad they did away with this.

Wow, I think I was standing in the Line beside you yesterday because I heard that exact conversation! What are the odds!
I was very happy to hear they had stopped doing the separate line even though it doesn't affect us as we got APs again this trip. I can't confirm what happened later in the day but I did not see any special signage about separate lines.

Last night we were still able to enter through any turnstile. We slept in the morning but will report what we find when we head that way.
