I read on another thread that in 2012, the DME tags arrive with the resort info. I received my DME tags via UPS two days ago, but nothing from the resort, no booklet or anything. My trip is in about a month's time. Should I contact WDW? If so, which is the best way? I don't really want to do another long distance call, but if I have to, I will.

Did you book a vacation package through Disney or a room-only reservation? I believe if you did not book a package (room, tickets, and dining if added on) you will not get anything more than the DME tags. They do send everything in one envelope now. If you booked a package through Disney, you should have received a little booklet with discount vouchers for golf, spa services, Planet Hollywood, etc along with the hard plastic luggage tags (like credit cards). Definitely give them a call if you did indeed book an entire package through Disney so you can notify them that you did not receive it yet.

I did book the resort pkg (room, tickets and free dining). All I got was a DME booklet and a few strips of yellow sticker-like things to put on the luggage.
