I have no idea but I am cracking up! That is such a me thing to ask for. Drives my husband crazy if I even ask for the smallest variation, like no ketchup, or no tomato on something. The kids hate for him to go through the drive through because he refuses to ask for the hamburgers plain. The mental picture of me ordering your "cheeseburger" while out with my husband is hilarious! He still hasn't forgotten that while pregnant we went to a sandwich kind of place and I asked for just a piece of cheese...no bun, no nothing...just a slice of cheese. The waiter even eyed me suspiciously on that one! I hope you find your answer....it sounds really good.
