No ME info in the mail yet

We did a room only ressie this time through Orbitz. I entered the ME info about 3 weeks ago but haven't received our booklets or tags yet. We have about 3 weeks until we leave. When we've booked packages we always have gotten our ME stuff even way before the package info.

Should I go ahead and call and stop stressing or give it some more time?
