No mans land between CA Adventure and Disneyland

Every time I go to Disneyland I look at the ground between California Adventure and Disneyland and see commemorations on the ground. Little concrete blocks that people have bought and written messages on. How would I buy one of those? Any information would be great. Also, what is Disneyland's customer service number?

I purchased our brick at the end of July. It is supposed to be installed sometime in November in section C10. Unfortunately, our trip is 11/1 to 11/8, so I am hoping that they are early and get ours in before or during our trip.

Also, you can save 10% with the Disney Visa or an AP.
