No luck,again

Well, I think this gravy train has left the station. I just called for a second time, this time saying that I'd heard about a 40% discount code, and wondered if it might be applicable for a stay in September. The man said there was a lot of buzz about these codes, and asked which ones. I gave him all 3 codes, and he said these were attached to pins, and were only valid this way. I said I'd heard that people got them without the pin, and he said they're not valid, and you can't "ask" for it, they have to be "offered" to you. So, I guess I'm out of luck until I magically get a postcard/email. It seems like I always get postcards for when I'm unable to go!

DITTO here. I only called once but was given the same answer from the CM, and she told me I had NO PIN # and it was a MARKETING tool.. Maybe the OFFICIAL DISNEY LURKERS here on the DIS could take PITY on us SAD Dissers and PM us some PIXIE DUST??? I can DREAM can't I?? After all it is the "YEAR OF A MILLION DREAMS" Joan

I tried several times with the 2 different phone numbers and everything, they checked everyone in my family and even my BF who just went on my most recent trip, we all had nothing attached to our name. I think it's a great deal for all those who got it. I just feel a little unspecial, lol.......

I've made multiple calls over the last week, even speaking to guest services three times about it and get the same answer every time: 'all the 40% off codes are attached to a PIN and I don't qualify and anyone who got them that did not have the PIN already in their profile will not have the rate honored'. I've called from three different phones, by the way so that didn't help.
