Weekday mornings, I eat breakfast during my drive to work. I make coffee and waffles or some other toaster item. Problem is... I really have to reduce my carb intake. Lunch & dinner are easy. However, I need to find a no- or low-carb breakfast I can prepare in minutes and eat on my way to work.
I've looked at microwaveable breakfast sandwiches... but, the sodium level is through the roof!! Short of preparing something the night before, is there anything out there that's quick and easy?
