no longer getting married at disney :(

unfortunately we will no longer be getting married at disneyworld! totally gutted! but we've had to move the wedding forward by 2 years (its a long and complicated story!) and there is just no way we can afford it. So instead I am trying to incorporate as many Disney ideas as i can into our wedding including the cake topper, i'm searching for crystal mickeys to put into my bouquet etc, we're getting married in a castle, and i've picked 'when you wish upon a star' to walk down the aisle to. Next thing is the wedding dress! I want a disney wedding dress and i'm between 2 options - the cinderella and the tiana! i'll be going to try them on next week and cannot wait! the only thing is i'm already 14weeks pregnant (though only have a very teeny bump at mo, still in my ordinary clothes) and the wedding is just over 5weeks after bump is due so what they look and fit like now is not what they will look and fit like at the wedding so.... i was hopeing there would be disneybrides out there who will be willing to show me pictures of themselves in the cinderella and tiana dresses. I want a good idea of what a real bride looks like in them.

Lots of brides on here have gotten the Disney dresses. Have you tried searching some of the planning journals in the "Planning Our Happily Ever After" section? You should be able to find some in there.

I'm sorry you won't be able to get married at Disney, but there could always be a vow renewal in your future

I bought the Cinderella dress! There's a picture of me in it in my planning journal--- probably around the 5th? page maybe. And Jennifer (jlocmac) has Cinderella too!

thats the plan 14-02-2022 i'm intending on having a VR even though i said i never would! I just want a disney wedding! hehe.

yes i've seen you in your dress and you look stunning! i wasnt originally thinking cinderella as i wanted a dress longer in the top but now i'm going to have a few wibbly wobbly bits it might look better. i cannot wait to try them on! searching on here and google (mostly the weddingbee website) i can find a fair few photos of cinderella and the snow white sleeping beauty etc, but i'm really struggling finding a real bride in the Tiana! i'll keep on searching thank you x

So I did a quick google search and found one! I don't know who these girls are, but they're on the interwebz, so I say it's fair game. I think the Tiana dress is really flattering on everyone.

Hi Petal! I am not a "bride" (yet) but I tried on Tiana and posted it in my PJ. It was really lovely and flattering! But ultimately I didn't feel it was the dress for me.
