No longer getting 5% off with my red card :-/

What am I doing wrong??? I used to get 5% off even when using gift cards online.

What am I doing wrong??? I used to get 5% off even when using gift cards online.

Are you choosing to use your REDCard first and then changing your payment option to pay with a gift card on the next page? I just tried it without finishing my checkout and it took the 5% off.
