I have a reservation at Old Key West 9/4-9/11/04 (Labor Day week) for a 2 bedroom unit. Due to spinal surgery I'm unable to make this trip (and will miss out on my first chance to stay on site at Disney) . I'm asking $1,700 for this reservation. There is also a $95 transportation fee to pay to Disney at checkin. The rental amount is just under $8 per point. The reservation dates cannot be changed.
