No hard ticket/fast pass question

Our tickets for the first time are an email barcode, we usually have the hard ticket cards which we use for fast pass. Have never purchased magic bands, did not have a need to. We are staying at the Dolphin, which I believe does not distribute magic bands for free since it is non-Disney property.

So my question is, is there anything we can "scan" for fast passes without paying for magic bands?

You can get the hard ticket card and scan that for entrance and FP's

Yep, you can get a plastic card. You can get it before you enter your first park at Guest Services or Guest Relations - I'm not sure which one it is.

In addition to Guest Relations, you can exchange your printed ticket at a Ticket Window.
