No guest laundry services at Paradise Pier?

Is this true? I read on both all ears and trip advisor that there are not laundry rooms for guests to do their own laundry? On the main Disney site it looks like they do... I am confsued. Can someone clarify this for me? Thanks

I haven't stayed there for around 3.5 years, but they definitely had a laundry room on our last trip. As I recall, it was down a long hallway beside the concierge lounge on the second floor.

There are guest laundry services there, on second level. There are from memory 4 washing machines and 8 dryers. You can only pay by credit card, and they have detergent available to purchase.

They definitely had a laundry room when I was there last May!

We haven't stayed there in a few years, but there was laundry service available when we were there!
