No FP, navi journey wait times?

Going to WDW on 10/11 as part of a Disney cruise but can't make FP reservations, what should I expect for Navi river journey wait times around 9:30am? Thank you

Last Thursday the wait time, around 11:30, was 80 minutes.

I was there at 9:10 on 8/16 (after riding FoP) and the posted wait was 20 minutes. I waited 18. This was on a non EMH morning.

Was at Ak on 8/13 in the morning with no EMH and in the evening with EMH. The wait for NRJ was 20 min up until around 11 and it hit 45 but i have found with the pandora rides, the actual wait times were less than posted. We did NRJ during a 20 min wait, we waited 10 min.
