No food court at Coronado Springs?

I'm booked at the Coronado Springs resort in a couple of weeks, and they temporarily don't have a food court open. In fact, the only place to get breakfast is at Rix. It's kind of pricey. I just want a muffin or something. Does anyone know where to get some thrifty quick breakfast items other than cereal while staying here?

Like the above poster mentioned, Barcelona Lounge has fruit and pastries.
We typically just hit the parks and stop off for a quick breakfast at Sleepy Hollow (MK), Les Hales (Epcot), multiple places in HS and Kusafiri Bakery or Yak and Yeti Local Foods in AK.

I get that with no conference crowds they expect the resort to be way undersold, but man they need a least ONE QS offering for regular resort guests.

One would think they'd have one at AKL as well, even though it's "just" Kidani and the DVC rooms at Jambo. Not everyone wants to cook on vacation. And they ONLY have Sanaa as an option! At least CSR has a couple of options!!

Oh this isn’t good. We are going the week of Thanksgiving and can’t get a reservation anywhere at MK for lunch or dinner on Thanksgiving Day (myself, DH, Stepdaughter) so we thought we would just have dinner at the food court that evening and stay in. Is there an opening date at all for the CSR food court?

No, not at this time. Keep an eye on reports over the next few weeks as more guests start staying/reporting on their experience. While the food court isn’t open, many of the other dining options on property are, so we’ll have to see how that goes in terms of the guest experience.

I'm right there with you. We're also going to be there Thanksgiving week and there are a couple of evenings I didn't bother making reservations because I thought we could just grab something at the food court...now there are no reservations!

We are checking in on Sunday. I really had hope the would offer a QS breakfast.

The reservations seemed to be gone the day we were eligible to make them! We ended up with several in Disney Springs, but I wasn’t sure I wanted to go there every night, especially Thanksgiving or Black Friday. Now I guess we don’t really have a choice!

We don't do Disney Springs, so we might just be ordering Uber Eats!

Hello
We have an upcoming CSR stay in a few weeks. I wonder if you could share your experience with food and buses, please?

I'm not the poster you quoted, but in other threads, its been mentioned that Cafe Rix has re-opened since this thread which is kind of QS "light". They don't have food stations like El Mercado would, but they have a decent selection of grab and go items, pastries, sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, drinks, etc. Its an improvement from what was offered before, but not as substantial as having a true QS on site.
