Does anyone know why no fp+available for Fantasmic on Oct 25th?

Do you already have a Tier 1 fp booked? I see F! as an option for that day

Try to get Fantasmic! as a 4th FP that day. It is usually pretty available because half the theater is allotted for it so there are plenty to go around. I would not use a Tier 1 FP on it.
