I just spoke with DVC and was told that if I booked my hotel with points, I had to buy length of stay tickets through DVC or else NO EXTRA MAGIC HOURS!!:scared1:

I'd planned on buying the tix elsewhere for less. Anyone from the US or UK ever book stay or tickets through the French site with an American address and credit card?:rolleyes1

Thanks for the help. We've never been to DLP---Twins' 18th birthday gift...:goodvibes

All Disney hotel guests get an easypass. That and a valid park ticket are all you need to get in for EMH.

as HappyTappy says, it doesn't matter how you have booked your onsite hotel, with points, with DLP themselves, with another agent. You get an onsite hotel easypass, so you get access to EMH (with whichever valid park ticket/annual pass you buy).

It's often much cheaper to pay for a full package which includes your hotel and park tickets than book your trip using your DVC points. It then gives you the option of cheaper on-site or off site hotels and EMH too. I would sugest you price up your trip on the DLP website and compaire the price to using your points.

The Netherlands version of the site which still has the 2 nights, get 2 nights free offer running.

And as others have said you just need to show your hotel Easypass and a vaild park ticket to get in for EMH.

If booking on a site from another country, just leave the address country as it is' all of your confirmation details arè sent via email, not in the post. :thumbsup2

I am from Canada. When I booked via the Belgian site, I used the second address line for city and province and the city line for Canada. So I have my full address plus Belgium at the end. Hopefully, this works if they are sending me anything via "snail" mail. Not sure if the postage will be different. However, like most Disers mention here: there will only be an email with info we need when we check in.

Hope this helps! Have fun planning!!:woohoo:

I appreciate your replies

I have points that were banked from 2011, so I have to use them, otherwise you're right about other methods being more economical. :teacher:

I knew the DISers would know how it all works! Thanks again.
