No Entertainment book

I have a HRH ressie next week with an Entertainment rate, however I have not yet received my recently ordered Entertainment book. Am I likely to be asked for this information at check-in, and if so, would proof of ordering be sufficient?

You need to have your Entertainment card. Most likely than not, they will ask to see it.

I've never been asked for the card but I always had it with me. It's too risky to go without it. Is there anyone you know who could lend you their card in the meantime?
