No DVC Doscount for Moblile Order

I just realized that because DL does not link DVC membership to their App, if I do anything mobile I do not get my DVC discount. I didn't worry about it before because we had Magic Keys which had a better discount, but now we don't. This is not right. Clearly Disney CAN link, since they do in WDW, but they just choose not to. So unless I want to stand in a huge line I don't get my discount. Great benefit. Just venting.

We’re DVC and the discount is linked in the app… we’ve always gotten the discount on any eligible mobile order… some of the kiosks don’t give the discount, but all of the other mobile order places do… I don’t remember how we linked it, but I’m sure you can google it…

You can always test it out. You can go through all the steps of a mobile or and not submit it. Then you can see if the DVC discounts applies. But as you said you have an MK which gives a better discounts, I guess it doesn't really matter.

FYI - I did the above to see if the Disney Visa discount applied when I did a mobile order. It did.

Like I said, I don’t remember exactly how I did it, since it’s been a couple years, but I’m pretty sure I had to go thru the MDE app for WDW and then it was just there. The DL app has changed/updated since I did it, so the things I used to click to see what discounts I had linked aren’t even the same anymore
If you look under your profile in the DL app, it does tell you what memberships and passes you have available

I haven't been to Disneyland since the end of 2021 but we definitely received our DVC discount when we mobile ordered in the parks.

Well thank you for the advice. My profile does say I am a DVC member, so I guess I will just have to try it. I am surprised the DVC CM didn't know this.
