No docs yet for 2/5 cruise

I am so frustrated, we still haven't received our documents for our 2/5 crusie yet. I called my travel agent on Monday and she stated they had a glitch in the system that they needed to print them and that they would send them out overnight express. Well, i just called now and they said that they were printed and would be sent out tonight. Their policy is to send them out 14-10 days prior to the cruise, well today is the 10th day. We were planning on leaving early next week, she stated we should have them by Monday. Is this common for you to recieve your documents 5 days before your cruise???

Hi Mavo68!
We're on the same cruise and don't have ours yet either! Our TA said she sent them priority mail yesterday. I'm hoping to get them tomorrow. We're leaving one week from tomorrow.
I've learned from the boards that some people get them 3-4 weeks out and some poor souls get them when they check in at the port. Here's hoping we're closer to the former then the latter!

We got our docs for the cruise about 2 weeks ago. We're 3rd time Disney cruisers - that may have something to do with it.

We leave for our cruise on Sunday 2-6 and our documents came on Monday. ( the ups driver just left them in our driveway.) they were outside all night!
