No Disney Visa special offers anymore?

My main reason for having this card was that they had special offers for cardholders. Now it seems that they've stopped. What happened?

I know they don't owe me anything, but I'm curious.

I was wondering the same thing. I keep checking and am hoping that in a few weeks something new will pop up. Our ressies always seem to be during Disney blackout dates so everything out now does not help me out..hopefully Visa will come out with a new special soon. Let's keep our fingers crossed!

I called again today and was told that "you can earn points booking your trip on your disney visa" and that's it- so basically, nothing!

Discounts in general have been all over the place this year. Traditionally AP rates came out before general public rates, but the last few rounds of discounts general public has come out first. And the AP rates were usually a fair bit better than GP rates, but this last set as best AP got an extra 2% off. It seems like they are going for more specific discounts via PIN codes, and then less specific using GP to fill stuff up. I imagine once the economy recovers a bit more you will start to see the discounts return to the way they were.

Yup, you have to be very very very diligent about keeping track of the goings on with credit cards these days. Things were supposed to get better but it seems they've gotten worse. It isn't just Chase, it is across the board.

So they are going to offer specials in September for October? That's crazy if you ask me I already have my plane tickets purchased and all of ADR's done, now I just need to book the trip but was holding out until July to see if any deals came out, but I certainly will not wait until Septemeber to book anything!

this thread is nearly a year old. I would look for October offers to come out in July OR at the very latest, the end of August when the currect offers expire.
