Also we don’t know how many locals will even WANT to be there. I kind of got the impression with initial reports is that this has been someplace they have not really cared about until Disney showed interest.

Very true. Just hope is doesn't evolve into Jamaica and the locals bother you all day with "you want your hair braided", or "buy necklace for your girlfriend".
