no CSR restaurants on 2008 dining plan??

Why would the CSR restaurants not be listed in the 2008 dining plan brochures? I know some of the non-Disney restaurants may be added later as contracts are finalized. Are the CSR restaurants not Disney (maybe because it's a conference center hotel)? Has anyone heard anything about this?

We're staying at CSR in February and will have the dining plan. We don't plan to eat CS or TS meals there but would like to be able to use our snack credits for breakfast things, etc.

The restaurants at CSR are not run by Disney. Same thing happened last year, the brochure was posted without any of the non-Disney restaurants. A few months later the missing non-Disney restaurants showed up. I'd be shocked if the 2008 DDP has a resort without any participating restaurants.

There is some talk the number of "extra" included snacks may be limited. At least one poster said the box of donuts is no longer included in some resorts.
