Working on trying to book our cruise for 2026 this morning (been at it for 4 hours now. Ughhhh). As expected, the site was very wonky. At one point I was able to get all the way to inputting my credit card info and paying for the deposit. Well, it timed out and gave me the dreaded dwarves. No confirmation page or reservation number provided. Started all over again, and now it refuses to let me attempt to pay for a deposit because it’s saying “a guest in your stateroom is already booked for this cruise.” I have a pending DCL charge on my credit card, too. Yet no confirmation email and nothing shows up under my existing reservations tab on the site.

Anyone experience anything similar? Trying to verify if we have a spot or not (and if so, what room?! I’ve tried so many throughout the morning as availability changes I can’t even keep track, but we were hoping to coordinate and my near my parents). I’m on hold via phone, but it’ll be hours I’m sure…

I think you'll have to call :(. ETA: Sorry I see you said you're on hold. Yeah, it will probably be hours unfortunately. I've been on hold since 8am.

Is the music driving you bonkers yet?! Or just me 😂 at this stage I need to hear “we’re all in this together” from High School Musical for a morale boost.

I'm a TA so I'm used to it by now, but on these days, I do sometimes dream in Disney music lol!

I'm just curious. I used a TA to book my cruise on Wednesday. We started the process around 9:45 Wednesday morning and finished around 10:45. I know that she was on the phone with Disney for a while during that time. Given what I've heard of how long ppl have been on the phone, I'm wondering if TA's have phone access different than the public, or was I just extraordinary lucky with when my TA called?

I think so?

But I also know that sometimes agencies will put their agents into small groups who work together so if one gets through first, the others remain on hold, but when the first through finishes their clients they will move on to clients of the other agents in their group.

I just know reading reports of the hold times, etc. on here I'm just very glad I use a TA. Saves me a lot of stress and headache.

Yes we do have a dedicated line. But Wednesday was WAY better than yesterday because fewer people were able to book on Wednesday. Silver Castaway day means long phone waits for everyone!
